MY WINE-CELLAR

As I am absolutely convinced of the superior characteristic features of our local wines, huge efforts are made to ensure the most gentle care and uncompromising winemaking quality within the historic walls of my wine-growing manor. To achieve this objective, my friend Franziskus Haas, an excellent oenologist, and my hard working "maître de chai" (cellarmaster), Luis Andergasen, who knows more than anybody else about the vineyards and their secrets, offer qualified support. Bringing together traditional techniques and pioneering design, the Vernatsch, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes produce fine wines full of genuineness.
